Not at all. Most clients come to us with a feeling, not a specification. "We think AI could help but we're not sure how" is a perfectly good starting point. That's exactly what the first conversation is for.
How quickly can you start?
Typically within two to four weeks of a signed agreement. We run a fixed-price scoping sprint first — a structured four-week phase to define what to build, what it will cost and what success looks like. No ambiguity before we start.
What size of organisation do you work with?
We work with mid-sized to large enterprises — typically organisations with 50 to several thousand employees navigating how to integrate AI into existing systems and processes. We also work with scale-ups building AI into their product.
Do you work outside of Belgium?
Yes. We are based in Gentbrugge but work with clients across Benelux and Northern Europe. Most project work is a mix of remote collaboration and on-site sessions where needed.
We already have a development team. Can you work alongside them?
Absolutely — and we do this regularly. We can embed as a specialist AI team alongside your engineers, take on discrete scoped work, or provide advisory and architecture guidance to help your team deliver better AI systems.
